Private payment and a sliding scale based on income is accepted at this time. Payment is collected via credit/debit card or HSA/FSA card. A superbill can be provided for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. You are entitled to a good faith estimate which outlines the potential costs associated with your services.
